Frontjobs.ai does not allow agencies or employers on the platform to charge workers recruitment or placement fees for getting selected. In some countries, government-mandated costs or officially permitted processing charges may exist. When that applies, the agency must disclose the rule, amount, receipt, and legal basis clearly so the employer and worker both understand it.

What if a source country legally allows certain worker-side fees?

We separate illegal recruitment charges from government-mandated or officially permitted costs. Any permitted charge must be documented, shared transparently with the employer, and visible in the hiring process. Employers can choose to reimburse the worker directly when they want a fully employer-paid deployment.
